Seems not only the Queen of BoobsRealm got a nose job, but her tits are not as heavy as they used to be. We need her tits to gain more witght again. I am not sure if she lost weight or she got a reduction along with the nose surgery. Anyway, her tits are big, but not the monster size we all dreamt of titty-fucking.
